PC Imageware Corporation Hunts for "New Assets"

Announcing VAR Recruitment Campaign To Support Sales Of Hot New Asset Tracking Software

TORONTO, Canada June 3, 1997 -- PC Imageware Corporation, experts in the development of shrink wrap Document Imaging Software applications, has announced the creation of a North American Value Added Reseller (VAR) program. Titled "Asset Minders", the program will include specialized product and sales training, an attractive price structure, co-operative marketing opportunities and other incentives. Asset Minders will be rolled-out during Q3, 1997.

The company is seeking VAR partners ("Asset Minders") with loyal commercial customer bases and expertise in consulting, custom report writing, data import/export, LAN installation and training services. Priority will be given to companies located in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Winnipeg, Vancouver, New York, Buffalo, Atlanta, Dallas, Boston, Detroit, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Chicago, Seattle, Washington, San Jose and San Diego.
